I usually use clearasil's rapid action vanishing treatment cream. it reduces pimple size and redness in little as 4 hours :)

If you have time to go to the store try to grab Cetaphil and Clearasil! They reduce acne redness and flatten them within hours of use.
If you don't have time to go to the store then try toothpaste as spot treatment overnight. Or Visene/redness reducing eyedrops on it to clear the redness. :)

I usually puts some eyes on it. It'll be less red and shrink a bit or thats what happens to me :)

Put some white tootpaste on overnight and itll shrink it :)

Put a dot of toothpaste on it and put a bandaid over it for over night and it should help, or I think my friend told me to use honey and a bandaid but I'm not completely sure about that one.
