My dentist told me to use plain peroxide and I think it works well. Did irritate my gums for the first few days..I brush with the peroxide followed by my regular paste, floss, then rinse.. This maintains my white teeth and its cheap too. I also have impression trays that I use with a gel from my dentist once or twice a month.

Brush with hydrogen peroxide. Or at Walmart there is a 5$ teeth whitening kit that works amazing, I believe it's called 5 minute whitening or something like that.

You could buy a kit from your dr the ones with the gel and the mouthpiece. There more expensive than the drugstore kits. But I was only able to use it a few times and eventually my gums couldnt handle it. I would a feel a burning sensation

I will have to try the peroxide. I feel like toothpastes are starting to put more and more harsher chemicals so just send heads up to anyone who has noticed sores in mouth and irritated gums, slight numbness on tip of tongue, etc. Just got a toothpaste that uses all natural ingredients today.

I have heard crest white strips are really good , I haven't tried them personally - but I want too. @vlora gosh is that like 30mins a time - like an hour and half out of your day blinked dedication or what! Careful you don't brush away your gums lol.

To slowly whiten and maintain it gargle with hydrogen peroxide. dilute with 50% water. it also gets rid of canker soars, gingervitis, and eliminates bad breath for a long time if used daily or so.

The main ingredient in the crest whitening mouth wash is hydrogen peroxide so you can either buy that or mix your own. I'd definitely dilute it a bit and maybe add some mint extract to make it taste a little better.
