My favorite is Pixi2woo, Pixiwoo, and Lisa Eldridge.
I used to like Jessica Harlow and Michelle Phan, but their vidoes sort of became less interesting to me.
Just my opinion tho! ;)

My favorites are MakeupByLeinaBaaaby, Pixiwoo, Kandee Johnson, QueenofBlendingMUA, Vintageortacky, DulceCandy87, MissChevious and Siderasuperstar.
I used to love a few, but they never make videos anymore :( MakeupbyMel, Fafinettex3, Juicytuesday, ToothfairyCarol, LovePeaceandLipgloss and Zoffen.
I dislike Michelle Phan and Jessica Harlow. I used to love both of them, but their videos are becoming less interesting in my opinion. Cutesygirl09, JLovesMAC1, MakeupbyTiffanyD and MakeupGeekTV.

You need to check out Nikkie's channel. Her user name on Youtube is NikkieTutorials. Shes funny & she does great makeup looks. I think you will like her if you want a beauty guru who focuses more on makeup then anything else. c:

My revised list having met so many of the YT personalities in person.
Favorite:
Goldiestarling - Angie is just so sweet and personable.
Petrilude - Josh was already on my favorite list but having met him just cinched it for me. (Pst, he'll probably get mad at me for this but he's actually really nice. Shh, don't tell him I said that.)
Michelle Phan - I have to admit I liked her then didn't but having met her and her words of encouragement and advice have put her back on my I like her list.
Dislike:
Hmm... I don't think I dislike anyone, some get on my nerves but I don't outright hate anyone. I just don't watch those I don't care for.

Gossmakeupartist should be on everyones fav list. You learn soooo much from his vids and they are quick and straight to the point. BEATFACEHONEY, QueenofBlendingMUA, colouredbeautiful, lipSHOCK, and lilpumpkinpie05 skills are outrageous!!! The sweetest and coolest chicks are, AllThingsFabulous101 and makeupD0LL, my to go gurus for everyday looks. prettygirl83 is really stepping it up. beautybyjj & shirleybeniang fav UK sweeties. Newly found princessjoules and loving her. I would love for kymmycandy and niniluvsmakeup to make more vids because their vids are great also.
