I am 13 and I really want to do something fun and wild with my hair before school starts!:) right now I have a caramel brown on the top of my head and a deep brunette on the undersides... And I want to switch it up! I have seen vids for chalking and dying but I'm not sure what to do!! Please help!!;) thanks:)<3

Chalking would be great for temporary hair colour, as you don't want to ruin your hair at such a young age.
That said, I started dying my hair when I was 13, I'm 16 now and my hair is still in great condition because I know to take care of it and not go overboard with the dying.
So do what you like (with your parents permission) but just remember to TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR HAIR! :)

Victoria, your hair looks awesome! I agree you can dye it every colour of the rainbow as long as you take good care of it - it won't be there forever!
