Put on some concealer to cover the pimples. Zapzyt spot treatment works WONDERS and is cheap.

Put an opening in an Advil liquid gel and apply it to the pimple. It should clear up in an hour.

Crush a none coated aspirin and add a bit of water to it so it turns into a paste consistency. Use it as a spot treatment and dap it on to each blemish. Leave it on for about ten minutes. Then rinse off with cold water.
