Hot oil treatments are great to stimulate the hair growth and virgin coconut oil is also great too! :)

Also, biotin pills, mane and tail shampoo and conditioner, and no heat! :)

I'm taking folic acid pills and biotin pills! I Also use nisim FAST shampoo, it makes your hait grow longer in a short amount of time! not only has my hair grown so much its also healthy and thick!
