All I do is make a bun in my hair. I leave a little more hair than usual out. I seperate my bun into two pieces and take the excess hair left out of the bun and place it between the 2 seperate pieces of bun and pin it! Hope this makes sense 😂

You put your hair in a high pony then you do a bun but the extra hair has to be facing the front of your head and last you split your bun in half and then you put the extra hair through it. Hopes this helps! Good luck.
