My friends are always telling me I don't need BB Cream or Foundation, but I think I do. What do you gals ( and guys ) think??

You're okay sweetie. the less products you use on your face the better besides you look young and putting product on your face turns into a hassle.
I would just say if you want you can try concealer under your eyes or on any pimples but you're fine(:

Bare minerals would be a good pic for your skin! It's a light coverage I think but gives the perfect look! Maybe filling in your eyebrows a little bit and a light baby pink lip. You have great skin so don't over do it! Natural is best! Keep being beautiful! And be happy you have good skin 😉
