This is my old skirt and I can't decide that I should keep or not. and also I don't know how can I combine it! what do you think?

Cut of the lower part, made the skirt a tiny bit shorter and then the skirt would be super cute!

Yeah, I'd cut the skirt to make it shorter, and get a petticoat to wear underneath it so it puffs out a bit, homemade skater skirt!
