I know it happen with me also ones in a month I get a pimple and its so annoying 😐😖

I don't think you can, just cut down on salt and exercise.

This is a little drastic but birth control would since it curbs your hormones which cause the pimples I don't know if that's something you would do but I know it's worked for some of my friends.
