So I fake tan, and no matter what I do my tan won't stick to my chest,boobies and neck, why not? I have no idea please help and give suggestions ASAP xx

Maybe slightly exfoliate(don't know if I spelt that right) before applying?

Try tan in a can for those areas? I have same problem.
