So this year for Halloween I'm going to be a flapper I have my costume picked out and everything. I was thinking smokey eye with red lip stick. what should I do.

Search Pinterest for flapper makeup or 20s inspired makeup and you will get a lot of ideas. I think a smokey eye and red lips would be perfect though.

I was going to say the same thing as Caitlin T. It's funny that you ask about that specific look now because Michelle Phan just did a tutorial like 2 weeks ago. Michelle Phan is the best. You should check every so often for more videos in her channel because she has the absolute best quality and edit. And she really walks through each step and has videos really often, and she does so many different looks so you'll never get bored of her channel
