Go to your GP and visit a dermatologist. The pill is supposed to help with acne. The pimples may have appeared due to all the hormones and changes. Before you apply anything on your face consult your doctor x

Bicarb soda is way to alkaline for your skin so please do not use it. It can create a tough barrier that will prevent any kind of treatments from penetrating your skin.

You should have your thyroid checked. Your endocrine system may be off track..which occasionally results in excessive menstruation. Bare Minerals blemish therapy is amazing for spot treatment and reduces redness while healing.
