all it is a oatmeal face wash
it helps somewhat with reddness and it opens your pores

How does it help the skin?
Does it have get rid if acne?
Does it help your face look smooth.
Just curious. Might try it
But wouldn't opening the pore cause more acne?

It does help the skin
it helps some but it helps open up the pores better
help it make your face look and feel really smooth
and if your afraid that it might break your face out any more you can use a traditional facial scrub to help with it also

I do almost the same thing. But I use honey too. :) I also use it in my hair with some olive oil instead of water. (Water for face though) and added a scoop of brown sugar to the oil mixture and use it all over my body... Haha it makes your skin soo soft and your hair. Love oatmeal and honey!

I use oatmeal twice a day replacing my existing cleanser. It's not too harsh at all and I have acne prone sensitive skin. Really recommend it girls and adding honey only increases it's benefits so everyone should definitely give it a try :)
