Put 2 spoons in the freezer ag night in the morning, take them out and put them ove your eyes until they are room temperature (5 minutes or so) this should help the swelling.

And just so you know, you always look tired because you are smoking. Quit smoking. It does nothing good for you. Every cigarette you smoke, you loose 7 minutes of your life...it adds up

Smoke all you want, who cares. put spoons in the freezer for about ten minutes then place them on your eyes. it helps eye puffiness.

If you have hooded eyes cucumbers and frozen spoons won't help- your eyes would naturally be that way.
I have hooded eyes, it's just your eye shape nothing more too it. so you'll just need to look for makeup tips for hooded eyes.
For eyeshadow just bring your colors and blending up higher so it can be seen when your eye is fully open.

Just make sure you use soft colors on your lid like vanilla or a light pink. also avoid putting black liner on the top of your eye just put it on the corner because it will make your eyes appear smaller! think light beautiful colors!

Thanks for your advices ladies :) I've thought about surgery from time to time because I think it will look really worse by getting older. But with my 20 years I am too young, my opinion. :/
