There's a product out there that you put on your nails that's supposed to taste awful, obviously to prevent you from biting your nails. It's the same stuff you use to get a baby to stop sucking their thumb. Works like a charm!

I had the same issue when I was younger, and my mother had to apply this nail polish that tasted awful! It did work actually, they say to remove a bad habit you need to make the change for 23 days!

I used to bite my nails constantly...they were just nubs. I know this sounds weird but it worked for me. I started chewing the skin around my nails instead of biting my nails themselves. I have had long thick nails for years now and I can still continue my nervous habit. I hope you find something that works for you. The bitter nail polish might be worth a try?

Rub chilli on them. That's what my dad did when I was younger and used to suck my thumb. It worked for me.

Create a nail kit put all different types of items for your nails in the kit and do your nail...when you want to bite them get that nail it out and do your nails...I know it sounds nuts but it has work for me...also keep nail items in your bag that way when you get the need to bite them take out some lotion or and nail file. This has done wonders for me and my nail biting problem
