I always bite my nails so I think I need really long ones to stop biting them.?. so anything to make nails grow longer and faster??

I second that!! I already have long hard nails, but when I take biotin, they get wayyy harder, I can barely cut them with a nail clipper.

There this stuff that you can get off amazon, that you put on your nails so that you will not bite them, the taste is horriable, so when you go to bite them your going to want to vomit.

I am reformed nail biter to help with the problem I created a nail kit and I do my nails every other day...with painting them or created a hand scrub to keep them soft or just placing lotion on them...creating my own nail kit has kept my fingers out of my mouth...
