Congrads if you wanted if for long time! The only thing I,m not sure are brows, beside a too light level, you,ll have problems with them because they grow fast and get the effect of grown roots:-)

My eyebrows were brown /black before I bleached them and did the bleach today (I've slowly been lighting it, finally did my brows).. Thanks guys I'm excited to do it.. I'm going to talk to the girl doing it and see if just blue would be better.. We will see =)

I was thinking of canceling the red and green idea for just blue, then thought if when the red and green start to fade I can do the blue over it =)

I've seen girls with almost see-through hair (not silver though) that looked awesome

Blue over red will give you either purple, or a poo color. It's a crapshoot (no pun intended, harhar) doing blue over those you should totally just do blue.

Not worth the risk after you got your hair nice and light.

Velen has the right idea, a blue or blue/purple combo would be amazeballs. :)
