Maybe you could do a workout challenge that incorporates your favorite t.v show or movie? E.g (for Doctor Who) every time you hear the T.A.R.D.I.S sound, do 20 sit ups. This can be changed to fit any t.v show or movie! (But you should add more workouts for different things in the movie or t.v show. It can even be when a character says their catch phrase, etc.) Hope this helped! It did for me!

I play volleyball and we go through hell with conditioning. Hop ups are a killer for your legs. Find a step or a bench and jump up with two feet then down and repeat. Burppies are also a great all around work out if you don't know what they are look up videos to show you how. I guarantee you'll see results! Hope I helped!
