Try to steer clear of any hot tools and obviously washing your hair to much so you can let your hair have a breather,so try to wash your hair every other day.

Try a hair mask, or a deep oil treatment, also maybe youu should leave your conditioner on for longer maybe (10-15 mins) never leave it or longer as hair stops soakin up after about 20 mins :) also buy a shampoo that doesn't contain sulphate in it :) good luck I have the same problem and it's so annoying :/

You need hair products that'll put moisture back in your hair such as "it's a 10" etc. Also you need to do a deep hair mask treatment at least once a week. prevent any heat until you can retain moisture in your hair and always apply some type of oil to your hair. I use redkin diamond oil and it's awesome. It's expensive but well worth it.

In time yes but you have to keep it up. The diamond oil cost me $40

Heating tools are always a problem.. And try overnight oils on your hair, put a lot of coconut oil like 2 times a week, and I agree with plenty of the stuff the other girls said.

Over washing your hair can cause you to have very dry, fuzzy hair. It's because you're repeatedly and frequently washing out the natural oils that form on your scalp and hair off, that your hair and scalp need. Try every other day. And when you do wash it, use hydrating and moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. Coconut oil is very good to help rehydrate hair 👌👍

Use Indian natural herbal oils like amla oil, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil, sesame oil or even sweet almond oil. any oil at all. they aren't so expensive and they really moisturize your hair. you can see the difference.
