I use the Heritage Store Rosewater spray in the second photo above in my own kit; it is lovely. However, prevention is the best method of preventing the situation you describe from happening. Use a heavier eye cream around the eye area in the evening and then a lighter eye balm around the eye in morning before applying makeup. I'd spray the rosewater all over the face after doing these and putting on moisturizer morning and night. Let it all absorb thoroughly before applying makeup in the morning. If you don't use too much product and you seal the concealer or corrector under the eye with a translucent loose powder it shouldn't happen at all.
