Hey ladies,
I have short hair and I really want it to grow faster and longer but I'm not sure how to do it. I have tried other things but they just don't work. Please help me figure out a way to get it to grow faster and longer:)

Velen, I got the fast shampoo and conditioner and it made my hair very dry. Did it do this to you?

I use biotin as well, fish oil, b complex, iron, & Viviscal vitamins & shampoo/conditioner which I started using about a month ago & It works great my hair has grown faster than ever but so expensive at Harmon's. I may have to try the ones Velen mentioned even though Viviscal shampoo & conditioner are cheap it's vitamin that are expensive but worth every penny. Also coconut oils, Castor oil, Almond oil they are all great for the hair.

You can also look into the hairfinity vitamins they are suppose to be very good as well just ordered mine to give a shot plus cheaper than viviscal.

First of all, try to lead a less stressed life, sleep 8 hours each night and stay hydrated. Then do a hydrating treatment once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to moisturize your hair and make it healthy. Castor oil works for growth. And make sure to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the Moroccan argan oil hair mask from the Pro Naturals hair repair system, it really helps.
