I try to take really good care of my hair, I use a different shampoo everytime the bottles run out to keep my hair from falling flat (which by the way is every like 4 weeks) and I avoid hair drying it as often as possible and I bought a chi flat iron, I try to use heat protectant but just haven't found the right one for me. I use g2b shine serum, but I find my hair is still, dry looking and a bit frizzy, I am drinking more water in hopes this will help, but I just don't know what type of product I should put in my hair to help this... If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

I'm not sure if they sell Organix in Canada, but if they do, try the "Volumizing Collagen" one :) I've heard great things about it for fine hair, and the brand is great for keeping your hair healthy. For straightening sprays, try Tressemme Heat Tamer or It's A 10 Leave in Conditioner with Keratin.

You don't need to change your shampoo all the time. You just need to get a good moisturizing shampoo and a clarifying shampoo to use once a week or so if you have hard water or use a lot of hair products like hair spray. And personally, I don't even use heat protectant by itself anymore. I use leave in conditioner and other products that do multiple things. The brand I use is It's a 10. Using so many different products just weighs my hair down and makes it gross.

And honestly I would only recomend using salon brand products, and you should definitely invest in a deep conditioner or mask. It's a 10 and Biologe both make really good ones.

Like hannah w. says I recomend organix too. And the organix's argan oil hair mask. Also the organix's leave in weightless healing argan oil, this oil works like a heat protectant too, I'm very happy with it.

I really recommend doing diy hair masks for your dry/frizzy hair. Honestly once your hair gets in a better state by receiving the nutrients it needs you won't need to be out shopping for thousands of products to make your hair look good because it would already naturally look good on its own! Try looking up on Google and YouTube for diy masks for dry frizzy hair. Hope this helps :)

I love Tresemme Heat Defence spray. Last year my hair went 'British' (dry, horrible) and I used that on my hair, it's now all shiny:D.

Pro naturals argan oil, it helps smooth frizz and hydrate your hair. It's a leave-in that doubles as a heat protector!

I use macadamia oil, my first winter in Canada last year and this little bottle saved my hair. I bought at Shoppers and it is from marc anthony.
