Hi ladies so this probably has been asked before but what it the best eyeliner out there? that doesn't run or smudge really bad b.c during a busy work day I end up looking crazy lol... Thanks guys xoxox and merry xmas.

Pencil nyx glide on or urban decay 24. easy to apply and I found to be the best for the water line. liquid liner loreal linuer intense (brush applicator) has both matte and patent finish. I prefer the matte. great staying power will not smudge.

Personally this one is the best for me. I can wear it all day (on top of eyeshadow) and it doesn't come off til I wash it off. And its so easy to apply if you like more of a matte look to your eyeliner.(:

Personally, this Revlon one is my favorite. It doesn't come off til I wash it off, and its easy to apply. Also has more of a matte look(:

Inglot gel eyeliner. They have tons colors too. It last a LONG time.
