Get a chi straightener (kinda expensive) but totally worth it! Also use heat protectant

First off, use a smoothing shampoo. Redken's Smooth Lock line is fabulous as well as Pureology's Super Smooth line. When your hair is towel dry, throw in a blow dry smoother like Redken's Satinwear. It protects from heat, smooths the cuticle of the hair and speeds up the time of a blow dry. I swear by it! Next, blow dry your hair 99%-100% dry. Now, if you prefer to use a round brush to smooth and add body start with small sections and using a nozzle with your blow dryer, blow dry in a downward motion while rotating the brush downwards as well. Continue all around the head until smooth and completely done. You can set your look with hairspray as well. Now, for an easier way using a flat iron, I highly recommend Babyliss Pro Nano Titanium Ultra 1" irons. They keep the hair silky smooth and aren't a pain to use. Use really small sections like about an 1" per section and always use a thermal protectant spray. I personally love Paul Mitchell's Hot off the Press. They can totally save your hair from frying! Finish the whole head until desired smoothness is achieved. Sorry this is a little long but I hope it helps!

use a heat protestant. smaller sections and good straightener. I am a hairstylist and the best straightener I have ever use is the u smooth. everyone in the salon loves and swears by it. it helps control friz even. it goes up to 450 you can control the temp. I don't suggest using it on the highest setting Also it turns off in two hours incase you ever left on before now you wouldn't have to worry
