Rose has got it right out of all the responses so go with that! I would say choose a burgundy or brick red though, not a bright red lipstick!

Ive lived in spain since i was 7 so this question is perfect for me :) dark hair, dark/strong/messy eyebrows definitely nothing to tidy and drawn on, the a berry coloured lip, i never see any spanish ladies wearing red lipstick, its usually a dark berry toned brown/ mauve, no eyeliner and a little mascara, bronzer and voila !
