Hey girls I need your URGENT help! I've never been abel to grow my nails my nails are like paper :( so they keep breaking.. I've tried EVERYTHING! Please girls what polish creams etc.will make them strong and long!!

I've always had this problem but a hen I was growing mine recently I made sure I kept painting them and using a strengthening base coat.

There are two possible reasons - genes/health and smth wrong about your manicure routine. Always keep the polished, also on the inner side. You may take vitamins and minerals special selected for improving the state of nails/hair. Take care of cutticle, don,t cut but nourish every day. File in one direction. One a month buff. Round shape breaks less. Use a polish for thin/ breaking nails( can,t advice brands cause not in USA). Try to be careful and don,t use nails to open jars, on keyboard and so on.

I just started using the seche vite fast dry top coat a few months ago. The formula is very thick and makes my nails rock hard. Maybe this will help you? Also if you wash dishes by hand/ or your hands are constantly in water try using rubber gloves?

I don't have thin nails or nail problems but as part of my skin care routine I started biotin vitamin. The brand I use is sundown no artificial flavors and vegan too. That improved my skin but it also made my nails stronger and the growth was incredible. you can also try nature made nail, hair, skin vitamin. I use the 1000 mcg. you can start low and then amp up slowly. This should make some difference.

I could never grow my nails until I began getting a no chip manicure. Now, they very rarely bend, snag or break. Hope that helps. :)
