Does anyone use the Wen cleansing system? What are the Pros and cons?

I tried it but it didnt work for my hair it made my hair really dry not shiny it worked fpr my mom though her hair was so shiny.

I just got that for Christmas :) I wish I could tell you if it's really good or not! But I only tried it once..

I heard it wasn't all that & there were cheaper options that worked just as well. but I don't remember what they were, sorry :/

Wen definitely has its pros and cons. I have really oily hair, it has substantially helped eliminate that issue. I used to have to shampoo twice a day to avoid getting oily but now I can go a couple days. Second it would be great for those girls that want to avoid the damage of washing every day but can't get away with it because of oil etc. You can wash every day and start out with that clean base without the harsh damaging effects. Only downfall I've noticed is that it does have buildup. So you'll need to use a clarifying shampoo occasionally. Even with the buildup and the fact that it takes longer than shampooing and conditioning I still would recommend it hands down over and over again. Just learn how to use it right and your hair will thank you. I have bleached blonde fine hair, so I would find that I needed extra moisture on my ends, I just add in a conditioner to my ends. Eventually your hair adjusts and you won't need it anymore.

Some people swear by it. for me not so much felt it got greasy much faster and didn't do much in terms of the health to my hair. I know sally beauty sells something similer for cheaper. you can also try co washing (conditioner only) go buy a cheap thin consistency conditioner and wash its pretty much rthe same in the way it cleanses the hair. like I said some love it and what dosent work for one maybe a holy grail for another

I use the cleansing conditioner and it smells like pine and the outdoors (in a good way). I don't use it regularly enough but from my experience it makes my hair feel so soft and looks shiny.

But always wash the cleansing conditioner out completely (for a few minutes) under cold water.
