I have been using makeup wipes for awhile but at 6-10 bucks a pop getting kinda expensive. I basically just remove the layer if makeup with them and still cleanse my skin afterwards...I have been thinking about purchasing baby wipes for sensitive skin to remove makeup an then cleanse..anybody else do that?

I had asked the same question a while back. I think the answer given was Pampers sensitive wipes were good (I think the person who answered my question isn't on here anymore).

Did you swap to using the Pampers wipes?

The elf makeup wipes are only $3 and they work GREAT! Just as good as baby wipes and the other expensive brands. I actually prefer those than the MAC wipes. They remove makeup way better than the MAC ones do.

Yep. I do the same thing. I use generic makeup wipes (like a ponds dupe from Walmart) to take off my top layer of makeup and then I wash my face like normal. I also find them really helpful to remove any makeup that gets in my hair after I apply my foundation (like the little hairs on my hairline. Shows up bad on blonde hair. Ugh)

I haven't tried them yet only because my skin is extremely dry.

I use baby wipes if I'm in a pinch. too busy or if I have on a lot of makeup that day. then I'll wash my face. all face washes don't take off makeup but I have a few that I know do.. but for my everyday I usually wash my face n go from there.

I don't use wipes either. Face wash and water or coconut oil, if I wear waterproof makeup or my skin feels dry.

Target Up store brand for $3.64. I've tried high-end, all-natural and they all bombed out on me. But this hasn't caused me any issues. I only use them to clean up my eye area after doing my eye makeup before I apply my foundation or bb cream. I just get the basic cleansing wipe from the line. Also pack a few sheets when I go makeup shopping and need to do major swatching.

I sometimes just use a wet washcloth to get the makeup off and then wash my face. I only use face wipes at night when I don't want to wash my face. It takes like 3 to get it all off, but it's better than nothing

Neutrogena makeup removing wipes are THE best. I've tried a ton of varieties. Coconut oil also works amazingly well if you prefer chemical free solutions.

I don't use makeup wipes unless I've had a very late night and I want to remove my makeup quickly and go to bed. I like the "yes to cucumbers" for my sensitive skin. But normally I use a round cotton pad and take my eye makeup off with Neutrogena eye makeup remover and proceed with my cleansing/ skin care regime. I don't like baby wipes to remove makeup because I feel like it takes too many to take off makeup.

Baby wipes are no good well at least for me I found them to harsh on my eyes after cleaning my eyes with them my eyes burned cuz of the texture of the wipe I feel bad for my babys butt cheeks lol.

There's actually a really cheap and easy way of making your own makeup wipes, it was in the editorial section and it works awesome!

I use only 100% cotton on my face. Took some large cotton cosmetic pads and made my own with coconut oil and ponds. When I see certain people use wipes, I cringe at how they tug at the delicate eye area. Oi!

Neutrogena has me in their clutches! I am a makeup wipe addict. I get away for months at a time but always return. They're so much easier and do the best job, for me.
Here's how I rationalize them: by the time I use some cotton balls and makeup remover, then wash my face and use a wash cloth I've used all that stuff vs one little ol wipe. Right? ;) nah, I've tried baby wipes and everything else but I just LOVE makeup wipes and they have to be the damn Neutrogena, I don't like the generic.

Neutrogena is a good one- I also like their pre-moistened eye makeup remover pads. I wear a lot and I only need one per eye.
