I'd do a face mask (like the Body Shop Tea Tree Mask), then rinse, steam your face and then extract your blackheads.

How do you extract blackheads?

I do something you shouldn't do: I put a tissue over each of my pointer fingers, and then press the sides of the blackhead until it pushes out of my skin. Don't do that. I know other people use extractors and such, and there are Youtube tutorials (that are fairly icky to watch) on how to use an extractor. I'm sorry I must've misunderstood because professional facials include extractions and I assumed you'd want to do them at home. Sorry!
