I always get red, especially my nose and I think I have rosacea. It doesn't matter if it is cold or hot. What can I do to get rid of it? Anyone that has rosacea too?

Alexandra, you should go to a doc asap because at first stages it,s more easy to treat rosacea. Your goal is to avoid food and activities which make blood run faster.
But also you may have another skin disease, so better visit a derm:-)
