Sometimes it has to do with hormones, diet or weather. I had the same problem a few weeks back. if you think hormones diet and vitamins are alright then maybe you could try out topical stuff like hair oils or hair masks. I recently started using mustard oil and it has greatly reduced my hairfall when I brush or take a shower. I hope this helps a little. x :)

I would actually see a doctor to make sure you don't have a medical issue. A ton of my hair fell out after I had my son. I just had to wait for it to grow back. It was all at the hairline too so I couldn't wear my hair pulled back. I wish I had some product recommendations, but I just waited for mine to grow back. I know how much it sucks though 😥.

You should try olive oil, that's what I use and to strengthen your hair trying spraying it with green tea then washing it out after 15-20minutes. Green tea has done wonders for me! :)

I haven't noticed biotin helping my lashes. Though has helped my hair and nails plus skin a lot. you might want to do hot oil treatment for your hair. olive oil or Almond oil with castor oil mixed. oil hair at least once a week.

Ok so I do agree with all the others that say you should see a doctor just to be safe, but in the mean time in between time, you could try tot oil treatments,or natural juices, like onion juice or garlic juice, I know sounds gross😖😖another suggestion would be to get two green tea bags let them brew for a while and take that tea and put it on to your scalp, green tea contains antioxidants which prevents hair loss and promotes hair loss, you could also practice meditation, believe it or not most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension, meditation can help in reducing that, and restore hormonal balance

Do massages every day on your scalp! Castor oil works for growth. And make sure to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the Moroccan argan oil hair mask from the Pro Naturals hair repair system, it really helps.

Castor oil is really good. Also ginger. Cut a piece if it and rub the moist on your scalp. I used to have crazy big bold spots from my forehead deep into my hair and I was very worried! I took biotin, which helped a lot, I did the castor oil mask every week for about 3 months. However whAt I think really worked for me was stealing some of my daddy's hair-loss spray from my parents bathroom. Lots of hair now. I know exactly how much that sucks.
