Do what Kaitlyn M. said; I've done it before. It really works. But what I did, is I braided small braids alllll over my hair and left it in overnight. The next morning it looked similar to that hair. So braid like 4-5 small braids on each layer of hair (best when damp) leave it in overnight night. Oh don't make the braids too tight or your hair won't dry.

Omg. Everyone tells me my hair looks like that only mine is curlier. It's a natural thing. But a perm would give you the same look--- if you wannah ruin your hair.

Do what Brianna and Kaitlyn said but also add this! In the morning, take your braids out and make sure to brush your hair out a little and blow dry it a little to add more volume and make the curls less tight. If you don't do this, the curls will be much tighter and you won't achieve as much as a similar effect to the picture.

Thin Flexirods applied to wet hair will provide curl like that.
