Hey...I have these weird bumps on my arms which are making me feel really self conscious since they are pretty obvious. My mum said its just part of the hormonal stage but my friends say they are pimples...my question is what are they and how can I keep them away? Please help!! :)

What I've found to help is a good scrub and a basic, vitamin-E enriched moisturizer.

I have that too and like Lizzie said it's probably keratosis. My dermatologist said it's very common. All I can tell you is that you shouldn't pick it because it's just roughy skin; you'll just end up bleeding and it will come back.
