The best white shadow I have come across is the white from inglot. Really pigmented and a nice texture. And it's pretty cheap.

I love NYX's eye pencil in Milk it's a really great white eyeliner and for eyeshadow Iike Milani's eyeshadow in White Lie

Do you mean white eyeliner for water line or lid? I personally like Rimmel's white eyeliner for my waterline! NYX milk is more for the lid in my case.

Thanks ladies! It's for waterline and lid,I'll try milk by Nyx hope it works better then their white liner 906 i didn't care for that one.Rimmel i shall try to along with Inglot.

Sugarpill Tako for a white eyeshadow. I use it all the time for inner corner and brow bone highlight.

Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo. I have all there colros but i use the white one ALOT! Its like a cream and it goes on smthe but has a real nice shine to it! (tip: looks great with red lipstick)
