Silk Pillow Case?

So I've heard amazing things about silk pillowcases, and how they are good for your skin and hair. is this true, and do you recommend it?

I have one. And then I got rid of all my old pillow cases and it's all I use. Definitely helped reduce frizz!

Silk is nice and light. It is a great choice for hair, and while natural and relatively breathable, cotton breathes more and so if acne is an issue..that is the route I would choose. Really depends on what your concerns are, but anything beats polyester blends for pillowcases! :)
