You'll have to bleach it, but manic panic is nice but I'd personally recommend special effects hair dye. It's like n rage but I find it lasts so much longer and you get a lot in one bottle.

As a hairdresser, I don't recommend using Special Effects hair color because it is EXTREMELY hard to get out of hair. I really love Paul Mitchell's Ink Works

You will definitely need to lighten your hair, since your hair is dark and you also have color over. I strongly recommend lifting your hair with a lightner (bleach) with a blue tone to it to cancel out any orange that may or may not appear. (note: this will not completely cancel the orange) depending on how high you're able to lift your hair will depend on your results, I would definitely recommend pravana chromasilk vivids in magenta, or pink, the pigment is pretty potent. also, do you use professional color over your hair or box color (drugstore color)
