My nails are always snapping and they're really thin, I've tried filling regularly but it doesn't seem to make much difference, any help??

Buy a bottle of clear polish ( it can be any kind strengthening whatever ) and chop up a lot of garlic into tiny pieces. Put it in the bottle and let it sit for 7-10 days. Then use it everyday once a day on your nails and I promise you they'll be as hard as rock and long ❤😊

Don't take biotin pills without talking to your doctor. if you don't need it it won't do anything. & it can give you bad side effects. do what Kitty K said. she does a lot of research & always knows what she's talking about.

I'm trying OPI nail envy formulated for sensitive and peeling nails! They have other formulas too, I suggest looking into it(:
