They last for up to 2 years and fade other that period of time so if you want to change them you can :)

Oh & also, there was a tattoo artist who commented on something before & said there is no such thing as a semi permanent tattoo. they were saying henna is the only one. that's just something I remember reading lol.

If you're getting a tattoo then it will fade, but it won't disappear or anything. tattoos do fade over time, but they're always there. so it's not really semi-permanent.
also, I wouldn't do it. it takes like, 2mins to fill in your brows. so to me it's not really worth the pain (it will be very painful) or the money. but that's just me :p

The color can fade out to a color that you absolutely do not want. So I'd say nay. Plus. Money. And pain. Just fill them in.

If you go to a professional they would fade with time but they won't change color. I have mine tattooed and they look natural since the tattoo is under the brows.
