Layers because it will last longer and doesn't have side effects like acrylic nails.

Layers can be frustrating unless you're planning on spending time on it to curl or straighten it. Braiding, natural, and buns don't work with layers. Personally I would get acrylic nails

Layers. I disagree with Ashleigh, I have loads of layers all different lengths and I can do anything with my hair, including braiding, my hair naturally and buns in a matter of minutes. Acrylics ruin your nails, they make them peel and in really bad condition.
