My face gets really dry during the cold season anyone recommend any good drug store moisturizers or lotions for your face?

I would invest in a good oil. my skin is starting to get dryer because of the winter as well, and because I have an oily t zone and crszy dry patches I didn't want anything to heavy. I use the argan oil light from josie maran because its good for oily skins and I put a few drops in my body lotion and in my mousturizer and my skin feels a million times better!! I think its 15 for the mini and 40 for the full size. I'm pretty sure other lovely ladies on this site though will probably give you more options for things that work the same and are inexpensive :)

I use a Olay night time cream...although I use it in the day time. :). Super moisturizing, and a pretty good price. I know equate (Wal-Mart brand) has a good knock off that works just as well.

Sorry, it cut me off. :p.
But it works the same. I have tried them at the same time, and couldn't tell a difference. And make sure you aren't going crazy with a toner. That makes my skin dry out if I use a harsh toner in the winter.

I'd try maracuja oil or argan oil. I use maracuja oil from Tarte and its really hydrating and good for the skin. Argan oil is good too but I myself like maracuja better. Pond's dry skin cream really works for me too. I don't love that there's mineral oil and fragrance in it but neither really seem to make my skin worse as far as sensitivity or breakouts so I still use it.
