Rubbing Alcohol. Can buy from Hobbycraft or any arts and crafts shops.

If you don't have rubbing alcohol,you can use mouthwash with alcohol.It works the same.

What's the easiest way?

1.Paint your nails white or grey
2.Cut strips of newspaper
3.Dip the strip in a small bowl of mouthwash (with alcohol) or rubbing alcohol
4.Press the strips on colored nails
5.Keep pressing for 2-3 minutes.
6.Take the strips off
7.Wait for it to dry and apply topcoat.
8.Voila!
