That actually a flat one.. Put baking soda on it... Don't dry it too much or it will burn. Maybe try benzoyl perioxide ( pretty powerful) find it at cvs.

Put toothpaste on it before you go to bed and sleep with it on and in the morning it won't be as red. don't know how it works but it does! :-)
