This looks like a reaction from your makeup do you fall asleep with your makeup? The best thing ever to use to clean your pours is a soft bristle face brush Sally's sell them for around $3 I have even found them t the dollar tree there are tons of face washes out there and treatments I have suffered from acne for years and the number one thing that works the best is useing a face brush when washing your face preferably once in the mourning and once before bed if I don't use one and I just use a washcloth or whip I immediately breakout and my skin looks exactly like yours it's cuz you get dead skin cells tht build up in your pours that a washcloth won't remove but a brush will trust me:D.

I'll just lay off the foundation and get me a brush and do what you say. Thanks for your advice!

Yes it look likes your skin isn't agreeing with either a face product you're using or something youve been putting your face on like your pillowcase. try to think of what youve done different since this started. new product? new detergent? etc.
