May be a pretty dumb question but if you have dry skin should you use a moisturizer that doesn't say oil free? Around my nose and my Monroe piercing has gotten pretty dry and actually flakes at times :( I use to have pretty oily skin especially in my T zone but now I'm thinking I need to change my moisturizer...

Yeah thats combination skin. I have combi skin too and I need change my moisturizer fir winter. Get a heavier one no matter if is oil free or not, it depends on what do you like more for your skin. And I personally at night I put on my face a capsule of vitamin E. that helps me a lot.

Hey Melissa, I'm assuming that's your baby you're holding ;-) do you mind if I ask, are you breastfeeding?. that'll make your skin go dry.

Yes it's my youngest. She's 17 months now (I have no decent photos of me, they're all of my girls lol) but I never got a chance to breast feed.

Haha. no apologies. my kid is two and I haven't taken a photo yet! that photo of you n her is super cute. I need some like that but its too late. *sigh. ;-)
just checking. I know breastfeeding takes every inch of oil from your body. but pregnancy greatly affects your skin and hair. it may go back oily.
