First you need to figure out what's causing it like what velen touched on, and a description of what your skin is like. I know all kinds of things that work for all skin types I'd be happy to help :)

Check the ph of the skincare products you are using they could be irritating your skin. Use a very gentle facial cleanser without fragrance in the mornings. Consider using apricot oil or coconut oil as a moisturizer. Coconut oil is naturally antibacterial. Sounds weird but it really works. Wash your foundation brush if you use one , and make sure it is synthetic fibre. Don't rub your face too much when you wash it either. Check that any supplements or foods you take aren't causing breakouts , such as dairy etc. Hope I helped (:

Benzoyl peroxide works great for me. Also one of the most important things to do while taking care of your skin is to keep a constant routine. The worst thing to do is to keep changing up products because it might irritate or upset or skin which will make it worse. Also keep in mind that at a young age you have tons of hormones that make it 10x worse but trust me if you find something that works stick to it even through break outs

A consistent nightly routine should suffice. You need to wait at least 2 weeks for something to work properly, and it may make you breakout at first since it's cleansing the skin. If you can afford it buy the clairisonic (sp) which many women with acne rave about! Other than that, see if there's a lush in your area! They offer natural skin care products and all their employees are required to know what works best with what type of skin. Samples are no problem and returns are hassle-free if anything

Retin-a from your dermatologist will help with all of it.
It takes about 8 weeks for your skin to get used to it, stick it out though because on the other side there will be smoother clearer skin on a level that the expensive over the counter stuff can't even hold a candle to
