That's right do some background research on their company and also pick a favorite product if given the chance in interview show them you are really into the products and the products are great.

If you have to go through the first Estee Lauder interview step, just answer the questions openly and honestly. They will ask you a ton, and won't provide any feedback. It was a little overwhelming at first, but it's just so they can determine if you would make a good fit! It usually lasts about 30 minutes and just answer them honestly! As far as the in-store interview, you will probably have to do a makeup application interview. My favorite basic Bobbi eyeshadow colors are ivory/bone, cement, and heather. They look great for a classic eye look! Her foundation sticks are easy and to find the right color just swatch three! If you need to know any history about how Bobbi got started (they might ask) she started out by selling 10 of her original lipstick shades at Bergdorf Goodmans, and they sold out immediately!
Bobbi Brown is a great line to work for and don't be nervous! It is a great teaching line, and they will teach you the correct "Bobbi way" to apply at training. My favorite products of hers are her makeup brushes, foundation sticks, and long-wear gel eyeliners. Good luck!
