Your eyes are large and have lots of area to play up with color. I suggest you do a silver and purple smokey eyes with neutral lips. And black eyeliner or maybe even navy blue eyeliner.

Coppers are the contrast color for blue eyes. since we're in the holiday season, try using some copper and rose tones on the eyes to bring them out. with this type of eye you can pair it with dark red lips or even a nude toned lip. here is a tutorial I created on a look like this:
