Needs an antifungal cream IF it is ring worm. its contagious and can spread. either see a doc. or ask a pharmacist for something otc.

Ita definitely ring worm. have you been around a cat? be careful because if you scratch it then scratch somewhere else you'll spread them.

Blustar ointment is What my aunt used for ringworm when my cousin had it and it worked. you can get it at walmart or walgreens.

Yeah they are ' I got 2 the first time on my face and spreaded out and ended up with like 10 untill I went to the doctor and they gave me cream and it took them away in a week or sl.

It could be a ring worm or it could just be skin irritation.. don't panic!! call your doctor & make an appointment ASAP & they'll be able to tell you for sure :3

I'm not sure if this is the I guess the "right" way of dealing with it, but I put clear nail polish over it when I get ringworm and it suffocates the fungal bacteria that's keeping the infection alive.

Do you have any pets? Ring worm can be caught from animals which means they'd need to be treated for it too and you'd need to wash their bedding etc.

Okay sorry I didn't read all the above comments. I'd bet it's from the guinea pigs, especially since you just got them, which means you'll have to check them both for ringworm and treat your dog too.
