I wash mine every 2 days but if I am feeling lazy I go 3 lol and for people who have oily hair try to apply organic oil at the ends and that might help :) Mine gets oily fast too..

It depends on how active I am in a given week. Sometimes I wash every other day, but I've gone as far as every 5th day! And everything in between.

Once every two or three days. I can usually tell when it's needing a wash.

You should wash your hair every other day. The oil helps grow your hair & from falling out :).

Every day. Some people say its not good. But if I don't do it every day it gets dirty and falls out a lot. I wash it every day and its healty.

Once a week, and my hair never feels greasy or oily. My trick is to use a clarifying rinse once a month: 1tbs baking soda, 1 cup water, I pour the mixture over my hair in the shower and rinse, and then condition as I normally would. It makes a HUGE difference.

I'm one of those girls who CAN get away with washing only twice a week. My hair is quite fine and rarely gets oily. I wash with gentle, nourishing shampoo/conditioner and use a few spritz's of dry shampoo when I need it. I should mention, though, that the downside of my hair type is that it's ridiculously flat and has very little body or volume :( I guess we can't have it all!

Every other day , that way I can let my hair get it's natural oils on the roots:). (If that makes any sense) lol

Yeah 2 times a week is fine. depends on how much product you use too, mine get nasty much quicker when I use lots of product. it gets more oily too when products dry out the scalp and it reacts by producing oils. products have so many aggrevating chemicals in them. less rly is more!

Once a week. My hair gets oily after about five days, but clip in extensions help hide and detract from that :-)
One tip for all you oily hair ladies, baking soda is a great sub for dry shampoo. It can even be used on brunettes as long as you brush it out really well.

I wash mine every day people say its bad for you but I don't dye my hair and rarely use heat on it. So I guess that can justify or balance out me washing my hair everyday?? Lol.

I wash mine every night, but you are supposed to wash it every other night. But you still are supposed to take a shower every night. Just put your hair up and don't wash it every other night.

The more you wash your hair the oilier it will get. your hair will be dry and thus producing more oils. if you only wash it twice a week it is less ready because your scalp will no longer be dry so it won't produce oil as quickly. just train your hair. thats what I did.

Melissa is correct. The scalp works like a sensory organ. The more you strip the more you produce. If you use oils on your hair it will stop I wash y hair every week if I've straightened it. I can go up to two weeks and it will be fine. Not even smell or itchy. I usually go a week though. But I wash it everyday with just conditioner I rarely shampoo if its curly
